Team coaching & mentorship
One-to-one and small-group coaching to build your team’s confidence reading and questioning their own data, enough to catch an error in a report before it goes to a client, or to know which number in a dashboard actually matters this week.
Dynamic facilitation workshops
Working sessions built around your actual data, not a generic exercise. I bring the analysis, the team brings the context, and we use the session to reach a specific decision, not just a shared understanding of the problem.
Collaborative problem-solving sessions
For the harder cases, where the data points in a direction the team doesn’t want to go, or two departments are reading the same numbers differently, I facilitate the conversation that gets everyone working from the same source of truth again.
Survey & focus group work
Design and analysis of surveys and focus groups built to answer a specific question, not gather general feedback.
I keep sample sizes and methodology honest, so the results hold up when someone asks how you know.
Dialogue & conflict resolution
When disagreement over data is really disagreement over something else, whether priorities, ownership or trust, I facilitate the conversation that gets to what’s actually going on, so teams can align on a way forward instead of re-litigating the same numbers every quarter.
This isn’t a bolt-on: my MA is in Conflict Resolution & International Security, and I’ve spent years bridging teams across cultures and organisations.
Communication analytics & metrics design
Measurement frameworks that show whether your engagement and communication efforts are actually working, built together with your team so you own the dashboard, not just receive it.
The aim is a small set of metrics you can defend in a budget conversation.
